The Studios 60 Office Stage is officially recognized as a certified film studio by the City of Los Angeles. Approved by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Film Unit, productions filming on this stage do not require a city film permit, offering a major advantage over traditional locations. This certification allows for a faster, smoother production process while significantly reducing permitting time and costs.

This thoughtfully designed stage features wood-paneled walls, exposed white brick, and floor-to-ceiling West Facing industrial windows that provide beautiful daylight throughout the day. The windows can be easily blacked out for total light control. The wood paneling delivers a distinct retro and period-appropriate aesthetic, making it ideal for a wide range of productions.
