Studios 60 RAW Stage is officially recognized as a certified studio by the City of Los Angeles. As an approved facility by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Film Unit, productions filming here are not required to obtain a city film permit—a major advantage over traditional locations. This certification streamlines your production process and reduces overhead.

 

The Space:

With 5,000 square feet of open warehouse space, the RAW Stage is built to accommodate productions of all sizes—from short-form content to full-scale commercial shoots. The venue features a vintage industrial aesthetic, including green brick walls, exposed wood, steel casement windows, and natural textures that serve as a dynamic and character-rich backdrop.

 

The space is designed to be production-ready, featuring:

 

On-site parking for crew vehicles, grip trucks, and production vans

A full overhead lighting grid for rigging lights and equipment

Blackout curtains on windows for total light control

Hair & makeup room

Restrooms

Kitchen area ideal for crafty and catering setups
